Spent a moment searching out references to “James Cullin” on Microsoft Bing and discovered that the Harbor Master for East Greenwich, Rhode Island is a James Cullin (as opposed to “en”). So naturally I had to look up East Greenwich on Google Maps. Looks like a nice place to stop for lunch next time I find myself in Rhode Island:
Fun fact: East Greenwich has a population of 12,948 according to the 2000 US Census.
Evidently the people at Microsoft Research are set to unveil a major improvement over Google’s Streetview technology at this week’s Siggraph 2010 conference being held in Los Angeles. The video explains all:

Just read a short New York Times profile of Hugh Hendry – who is a partner, and CIO & CEO of Eclectica Asset Management in London.
Turns out he is something of a cult figure on YouTube – most notably for a verbal assault on Columbia University’s Jeffery Sachs during an appearance on the BBC’s Newsnight back on May 26th.
